Musti and Mirri is seeking a Salesperson for their stores in Uusikaupunki and Rauma for 5 hours per week. Musti Group is the leading expert in pet care in the Nordics, operating in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and since 2024, the Baltics. Our mission is to make the lives of pets and pet parents more fun, safer, and easier throughout the pet's life. We want to be a full-service product provider and operator for our customers – both physically and digitally. What is a salesperson's work like at Musti and Mirri? "Musti and Mirri is not just any store, but a meeting place for animal people. Solving customers' problems is extremely rewarding. I have the joy and honor of supporting my four-legged customers in their everyday lives – because every snout deserves great service. I can unleash my creativity by creating new displays or updating the store's social media accounts. If I want to skip the gym this week, I take responsibility for shelving the largest food bags. Salesperson's duties include: - Customer-oriented and sales-driven customer service - Ensuring store cleanliness and adherence to the concept - Receiving shipments and shelving products - Building displays - Running store services (e.g., nail clipping, puppy meets, and MustiEskari) We expect from you: - A joyful customer service attitude - Independent work approach and organizational skills - Interest in the retail industry and customer service - Ability to handle physical tasks in the store - Flexibility to work during all opening hours, including evenings and weekends - Flexibility to work in all regional stores if necessary As a salesperson, you want to contribute to a joyful and encouraging work atmosphere. Personal experience with pets is an advantage, but attitude is what matters! Previous experience in sales and customer service is an advantage. We require salespeople to be at least 18 years old.
