Aitoon Education Centre is a vocational special education institution where over 120 students requiring extensive special support study across three locations during the school week. We are looking for a fixed-term (substitution) instructor to join our team. This is a family leave substitution starting in September and lasting approximately 3 weeks (exact start date to be confirmed later). The work is primarily day shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 17:00. With us, you will do meaningful work. You will have the opportunity to work with amazing young people and experience joy in everyday successes. Most importantly, you must be able to be present, meet young people with respect, and encourage them during both good and difficult moments. Strong interaction and cooperation skills, as well as a positive and independent attitude, are important. Your colleagues and our team organization will support you in your work. We expect from you: - suitable education in the social, health, or education sector - a positive, energetic, flexible, and developing approach to work - self-direction and teamwork skills We consider it an advantage: - nursing experience as a registered nurse or practical nurse - experience working with young people / special groups - work experience in TELMA training - special expertise, for example, in autism spectrum support, NEPSY rehabilitation, or mental health work
