Are you a service-minded problem solver who loves speed, energy, and full store shelves? We’re looking for a salesperson for our department store in Töcksfors. Working in a Rusta department store is fast-paced, varied, and quick, while we have fun together. At the checkout, among the shelves and in the middle of our campaigns, you create the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store is tidy, replenished, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next day you remodel an entire department. No day is the same – and we love it! You don’t need to know everything from the start – we’ll teach you. But we believe you: enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better, thrive when things move quickly and you solve problems with a “I’ll fix it!” mindset, can work mornings, days, evenings and weekends, spread positive energy and want to grow with us. Have you worked in a store before? Great! But what matters most to us is your attitude. How to apply: you can skip the CV and cover letter if you want. Yes, you read that right! What happens after you submit your application: you’ll be invited directly to a chat-based first interview with our chatbot Hubert to speed up the screening process. The interview takes about 20 minutes. If you progress, there will be a short service-related test, an in-store interview, and digital reference checks – nothing unusual, just routine. Want to grow with us? Don’t hesitate – apply today. We review applications continuously, so don’t wait until the last moment. We look forward to getting to know you! Employment type: Temporary; Part-time (20 h/week); Working hours: Varied mornings/days/evenings/weekends; Start date: Immediate; End date: 31 December 2026 (good chance of extension); Salary: According to collective agreement
