Bid Manager We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bid Manager to lead and support our tendering efforts for public sector tenders and corporate RFPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, particularly within the context of language services, and will be responsible for crafting compelling, compliant, and winning bids. Key Responsibilities Bid Strategy & Planning: Support sales teams in different geographies with sector tenders and corporate RFPs; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess bid viability and develop bid strategies. Bid Writing & Management: Write high-quality, persuasive content tailored to each tender’s requirements; Ensure bids are fully compliant with procurement regulations and framework specifications; Manage the end-to-end bid process. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders including Technology, Operations, Legal/InfoSec to gather input and evidence; Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the bidding process. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and credentials; Ensure all submissions meet legal, ethical, and data protection standards. Post-Bid Activities: Support debriefs and feedback analysis to improve future bids; Track bid outcomes and maintain records for reporting and learning. Requirements >1 year of experience in bid management, proposal development, or tender management—ideally within the language services industry and in the field of interpretation (public sector and/ or corporate). Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Public Relations, or equivalent. Fluency in English; Bid management skills in the public and / or corporate sector; Familiarity with interpreting services for public sector and/ or corporate settings and with technology solutions (OPI/VRI/OSI, RSI). Strong project management and organizational abilities; Ability to analyse complex tender documents; Ability to draft and tailor compelling content for technical proposals; Understanding of procurement process and requirements; Awareness of language services industry standards, focus on interpreting services; Office 365. Requirements
