Espoo's Aimo® wholesale is a rapidly growing full-service wholesale house, whose service offering includes all large kitchen products from fresh products to alcoholic beverages. We serve our customers who prepare food professionally mainly in the Uusimaa region. There are about 1100 deliveries daily. We are now looking for TWO SHIFT LEADERS FOR THE FROZEN WAREHOUSE IN ESPOO The position is full-time (37.5 h / week) and permanent. The work is 2-shift work, mainly on weekdays between 06.00 and 22.00. The shift leader's task is, as part of the supervisor team: - be responsible for the shift's logistical operations - monitor compliance with given instructions - act as the shift's work leader and the closest supervisor for those working in the shift - ensure the necessary flow of information to the next shift - ensure all necessary flow of information to employees Successful performance of the task requires especially experience in work leadership tasks of trade warehouses / warehouses. We use the SAP system for warehouse control and voice guidance in picking. Experience in the aforementioned is considered an advantage. We also require the ability to work independently and an understanding of logistical operations and material flows. Cooperation with staff requires good communication skills and social skills. A Logistics UAS degree is considered an advantage.
