Full-time Customer Service Representative for Fibernet - Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Vantaa, Finland

We are now looking for a full-time customer service representative to strengthen Fibernet's team in Vantaa. Fibernet Finland Oy brings digitalization opportunities within reach. The company's goal is to provide high-quality, fiber-optic-based telecommunications connections to households, housing companies, businesses, and municipalities. Fibernet Finland Oy is owned by CEBF and Ociusnet Group AB. CEBF is a joint fund of the European Commission and the European Investment Bank, financing the construction of fiber networks in Europe to increase fiber availability in line with EU objectives. As a customer service representative, you will work on various customer service tasks. Your workday will include: Customer service via phone, email, and chat Handling customer contacts, troubleshooting, and actions Upselling and updating customer services during customer interactions Collaborating with internal stakeholders What do we expect from you? Experience in customer service, especially background in Call Center work is an advantage. MS Office skills (e.g., Excel, OneNote) Commercial education or other relevant background Ability to meet customers empathetically and solution-oriented, with enthusiasm for sales-oriented customer service Excellent Finnish language skills and fluent English Additionally, understanding of fiber optics, the telecom industry, and/or telecommunications issues is an advantage.
