Customer Account Manager

We are looking for a Customer Account Manager for a permanent position with the City of Rauma, in the South Satakunta employment services. We offer a responsible and independent role involving close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. The job description may evolve according to the city's needs and the customer account manager's own expertise. The position of Customer Account Manager will be filled starting September 1, 2026, or by agreement, on a permanent basis. The position is located within the City of Rauma's Vitality Sector, in the multidisciplinary and TYM service area, primarily at the Huittinen employment services office located at the Huittinen City Hall, Risto Rytin katu 36. However, the role requires regular work at other offices within the South Satakunta employment region (Rauma, Eura, Eurajoki, Säkylä). As a Customer Account Manager, your duties will be to be responsible for: - The customer service process and the assessment of service needs independently and together with the network - Drafting multidisciplinary employment plans as well as employment and activation plans - Job placement and guidance to employment-supporting and other services - Drafting unemployment security reports and statements - Ensuring the realization of customers' rights and obligations in accordance with employment services legislation. Eligibility requirement: a suitable university degree or a previous college-level degree or vocational degree and expertise acquired through work experience. What do we expect from you? - Continuous development of expertise and flexibility in a diverse operating environment where customer needs are varied - Good interaction skills and an independent approach to work - Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders - Ability to move flexibly within the employment region - Fluent oral and written Finnish skills; other language skills are considered an advantage. Work experience in employment network cooperation, especially in the Satakunta region, and work experience in employment services and the use of national employment service information systems are also considered advantages. Level salary €2,830.32/month (starting August 1, 2026) + possible work experience supplement (3% or 8%). Salary and employment terms are determined according to KVTES. Working hours are general working hours (38.25 h/week). The position is subject to a six-month probationary period.
