Vocational Instructor - Automotive

Tule Hyriaan! We value enthusiasm and success. We are hiring a vocational instructor in the automotive field for a permanent position in Riihimäki. The instructor works with students training to become automotive technicians, supporting and guiding them in practical tasks. The role acts as a teaching partner to the teachers and includes duties related to the training department and student well-being in collaboration with teachers and the training manager. The position is day work and the main location is Riihimäki. You are the right fit if you hold at least a basic qualification in the automotive field and have strong, versatile hands-on experience in various car maintenance and repair tasks. We expect knowledge of electric/hybrid vehicle maintenance. Experience in guidance work and good professional networks are beneficial. The student is central, and you support and nurture growth and development, promoting equity in both speech and action. The terms of employment and salary are determined by the collective currently applicable to private education administration and support staff, with the job salary class 4, amounting to €2,319.19 per month, plus experience-based allowances per the collective agreement. Before starting, the selected candidate must present a health certificate and a criminal record extract as required for working with children and young people. A probation period is in use.
