Service Network Planner

We are looking for an expert as a special planner for the service network work of the social, health and rescue sector. You will be responsible for the sector's service network work in multidisciplinary cooperation both within the sector and city-wide. You will work closely with your own team and unit and cooperate extensively with the service production of the service entity, including city-wide cooperation. The task includes, among other things: - Responsibility for continuing and developing established service network structures - Coordination of service network design - Involving internal stakeholders of the sector in service network work - Cooperation in the city's common service network work forums In addition, the task includes preparing reports, surveys and reports, preparing the sector's statements and presentations, and preparatory tasks to support the decision-making of top management. You are the person we are looking for if you master long-term, project-like work and can prepare decision proposals and clear materials for management and service production experts. You will succeed in the task if you have the ability and skill to design and implement changes and experience in supporting decision-making based on information and indicators. Your approach is participatory and encouraging and you have experience in coordinating wide entities. You are imaginative and innovative, not afraid of headwinds and committed. You are an independent and proactive employee, but you also enjoy and are excited by pair and team work.
