Customer Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Advisor (internal title Activation Agent) to join the SE Activation team. You will be the first point of contact for Axo Finans customers after a loan application is submitted via our digital channels. Your role is to guide customers through the process – from application to the finished solution. Through advisory conversations you help customers gain better control of their personal finances through personal loans, refinancing, credit cards and insurance solutions. This is a target-driven environment where high customer satisfaction, quality and results go hand in hand. Start date as soon as possible / end of August. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Office-based at Norra Stationsgatan 69 in Stockholm. Remote work is not offered. Permanent employment with a probationary period.
