Technical Specialist

We are now seeking for our client in Hämeenlinna a Technical Specialist who will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and providing technical support. The role includes addressing the needs of current customers in their entirety, along with technical guidance, order and delivery process management, and close collaboration with production, among others. The primary focus is interface work with customer operators, system specialists, and maintenance personnel. You will have the opportunity to influence delivery reliability, quality, and process development as part of the whole organization. Responsibilities include handling customer interfaces and communication (phone, email, and meetings); providing technical support, recording orders, and agreeing delivery times with production; and other tasks such as training and covering colleagues as needed. We are looking for experience in the manufacturing sector or in technical sales; a technical educational background or demonstrated technical orientation; presentable and capable of training others; Finnish citizenship and a clean background (security clearance will be carried out); fluency in Finnish and good English; and personal qualities such as being people-oriented, collaborative, organized, responsible, curious, and eager to develop.
