Fixed-Term Laboratory Worker / Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a fixed-term laboratory worker / customer service advisor for Mehiläinen's medical centre in Loviisa. The position is full-time and fixed-term until 25 April 2027. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00–16:00 and Friday 8:00–15:00. The job includes both laboratory work and customer service advisor duties. Our laboratory carries out varied sample collection, point-of-care analyses and clinical physiology, so you can make broad use of your skills according to your interests and previous experience. You are educated as a practical nurse, registered nurse or public health nurse. We value previous experience in similar duties, especially sample collection. If you do not have such experience, do not worry: you will receive thorough training. In addition to practical workplace induction, we arrange an annual preanalytics training course worth three credits for sample collectors, which you can attend while working at Mehiläinen. We hope you have excellent customer service skills. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. Listening skills and a friendly service attitude are of primary importance in our work.
