Job Description
FinEd Academy is seeking a part-time psychology education specialist to help develop international training and expert programs. The role involves designing and implementing training programs related to psychology, well-being, mental health, child and adolescent development, and education. The target groups include international participants, professionals, teachers, early childhood education staff, and psychologists. Responsibilities include: - Planning psychology and well-being training programs - Preparing training materials and content - Developing and delivering online training courses - Conducting webinars and training sessions - Developing international training programs - Collaborating with experts, educational institutions, and organizations - Coordinating training sessions and guiding participants Requirements: - Education in psychology (psychologist, education sciences, special education, or other relevant qualification) - Interest in designing and developing training programs - Good communication and collaboration skills - Fluent Finnish language skills - Good English language skills Preferred qualifications: - Experience working with children, adolescents, or families - Experience in training or online education - International experience - Knowledge of early childhood education, school environment, or special support. The position is part-time and flexible. Most work can be done remotely, with occasional meetings in Helsinki or Espoo.
