ARE YOU A SUPERVISOR FOR A HAIR SALON? Cm Hiustalo Oy is a family business founded in 2000 that is constantly growing and developing. Our 34 stores are located mainly in shopping centers. We employ approximately 260 hair professionals across Finland. Responsibilities
- Supervise the Pirkkala hair salon location
- Lead and support the salon team
- Maintain and develop the existing customer base
- Ensure the functional service concept is implemented
- Coordinate with the regional manager
Requirements
- Degree in the hair industry
- Brisk and positive attitude
- Previous experience in supervisory work (optional)
- Ability to work both as a team player and independently
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proactive approach to professional development
- Basic IT skills
- Good Finnish language skills
