Kitchen Assistant

We are now looking for a MULTI-SERVICE WORKER for a position in OULU! In this role, you will be responsible for the kitchen tasks of a daycare facility in Hönttämäki. Your duties include diverse kitchen work, such as preparing salads and energy snacks, as well as heating and plating food. You will also be responsible for placing orders and monitoring food waste. Additionally, your work includes approximately one and a half hours of maintenance cleaning daily. Working hours are weekdays from 6:15 AM to 2:45 PM (7.5h/day), with an average of 112.5 hours per 3-week period. This employment is initially a fixed-term substitute position until May 31, 2027, and work begins as soon as possible by agreement. ISS is the place for you! Education in the restaurant or catering field is considered an advantage. - an independent, precise, proactive, and flexible approach to work. - good oral and written skills in Finnish. - good physical condition. - a valid hygiene passport. - an excellent, smiling service attitude. - a clean background; due to the work environment, we require a criminal record extract from the National Police Board in accordance with the Act on Criminal Records of Persons Working with Children (504/2002).
