Your focus will be on managing the software stack across various product variants and ensuring seamless cooperation between Convion and HD Hyundai teams. You will transition from implementation to full code ownership, ensuring system reliability and performance. This role focuses on the intersection of thermodynamics and software engineering, where you will develop algorithms to control physical processes in real-time fuel cell systems. Design thermodynamic and model-based controls for fuel cell systems. Manage the control software stack across multiple product variants. Develop state machines, interlocks, and closed-loop control logic. Build simulation models and advance the development of digital twins. Analyze field data to diagnose and resolve code-level issues in real-time. Synchronize and maintain codebases between Finnish and Korean operational sites. Support system commissioning and remote operational control. We are looking for MSc or PhD in Physics, Automation, or Process Engineering and strong practical experience. Background in simulation modeling or digital twin development. Advanced knowledge of thermodynamics and physics. Good knowledge of real-time systems and physical device control (gases, pressure, valves). Strong mathematical reasoning and logical precision. Experience in algorithm development for industrial or embedded processes. Ability to justify technical decisions and maintain high quality standards. It is meritorious if you have experience with power electronics or process automation. Personal interest in robotics, home automation, or technical hobbies.
