We are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Finland! At Vivicta, Talent Acquisition is about more than filling open roles. We work to understand our needs, find the right skills, and help make great hires that move us forward. We live by GRIT — Guts, Result, Integrity and Team — and look for people who challenge constructively, take ownership, build trust, and make others better. In practice, this means that we: - Work closely with leaders and colleagues across teams to create shared direction and ownership - Care about good decisions that create strong candidate experiences, clear processes, and quality hires - Follow structured processes, while staying pragmatic and close to what happens day to day - Work according to global standards, taking local market conditions into account A glimpse of what you’ll do: - Clarify needs and priorities together with leaders - Own and drive recruitment processes a-z, including choosing sourcing methods and channels that fit the role and market - Find, engage, and build relationships with relevant candidates in the market - Run employer branding activities, such as career events and campaigns - Use data and insights to prioritize well and keep improving how we work - Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share experiences and learn from each other, while taking responsibility for local delivery - Take part in projects and initiatives across HR functions that simplify, improve, and modernize the way we work What you bring to the table: - You have 3–5 years of experience with end-to-end recruitment, ideally within IT or consulting - You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and feel confident working with leaders - You understand the Finnish talent market and know what it takes to attract relevant candidates - You communicate well in Finnish and English, both spoken and written - You take ownership, stay focused, and remain steady when things get complex - You ideally have experience with Workday or similar HR systems - Certification in Aon Assessment or a similar personality and ability testing tool is an advantage Why join us? You will experience a collaborative environment with flat structures and real room to act. We offer flexibility in the workday and trust you to take ownership and find good solutions together with the team. You will also be part of a future-ready environment with structure, digital tools, and AI-enabled ways of working, with good opportunities for learning and development. We welcome you to influence how we attract, hire, and develop talent for the future, while working closely with leaders and colleagues across teams and countries. Interested? We’d love to hear from you, please submit your application below. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. We perform background checks on all final candidates. Vivicta declines calls from recruitment companies. Vivicta thrives with diversity, and we welcome applicants of all genders, ages, abilities, ethnicities, orientations, beliefs, and backgrounds.
