The job is initially a fixed-term seasonal position for the winter season, with a possibility of continuation. Housing is available and start preferably as soon as possible, but during October. Salary is negotiable based on experience and there is an opportunity to influence the restaurant’s operation and to lead your own team. We expect a strong and versatile background in chef duties in fine dining restaurants, leadership of the kitchen, and menu planning.
