Picker/Packer

We are looking for a motivated and precise online store order picker and packer to join our team! In this role, you will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition – you will therefore be in a primary and important role that directly affects a positive customer experience. **Job Description and Tasks** - Picking online store orders from the store - Packing products and preparing them for shipment - Checking the contents of orders and products before shipping - Maintaining warehouse order and participating in inventory as needed - Managing packaging materials and tools - Possible assistance in other store and online store tasks as needed **What We Expect From You** - A careful and precise work approach - Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently even during busy periods - Ability to work as part of a team and a positive attitude - Willingness and ability to learn to use new software (e.g., order picking and shipping systems) - Readiness for physical work and tolerance for routines - Fluent Finnish language skills; other language skills are considered an advantage - Experience in similar tasks, the retail sector, or logistics is a plus, but not essential – we provide training for the role - Interest in handicrafts is considered an advantage **What We Offer You** - A fixed-term employment contract in a stable and growing company - Regular working hours Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00 and approximately one Saturday shift per month 10:00–14:00 - Salary according to the retail sector's collective agreement (TES) - A pleasant working environment and the support of a helpful team - Orientation for the role and the opportunity to develop and learn new things in the field of e-commerce and logistics **Application and Further Information** Interested?
