Your role You will work in the housing services resource pool and ensure the availability of trained staff in various housing units during staff absences. You will work according to your own shift plan in different units within your area based on their needs. Your duties include the tasks of a practical nurse in 24-hour assisted living, rehabilitative short-term care units, community housing units, and assessment and rehabilitation units. You will receive comprehensive orientation to all the units where you work. You operate with a customer-oriented approach and have good interaction and cooperation skills. You work flexibly and in a self-directed manner. The position requires a driver's license and the possibility of using your own car, as well as good oral and written Finnish language skills. A valid LOVe medication permit and good IT skills are considered an advantage. Eligibility requirements are a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or a previous school-level degree in the field, as well as valid registration in the JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
