Ventilation Installer, Building Services - Helsinki Metropolitan Area As our operations grow significantly, we are now looking for a Ventilation Installer to strengthen our professional service business team! Aro Systems is a respected building services expert company in Finland, and we are now seeking an experienced installer. Job Description As a Ventilation Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ventilation systems. You will work independently and as part of a professional team to ensure that our customers' ventilation systems operate reliably and energy-efficiently. The work involves a diverse range of sites: primarily residential properties, but also commercial, office, and industrial properties. In addition, your duties include seasonal maintenance of ventilation equipment and participation in small contracts as needed. You will encounter customers daily, so we value a friendly, solution-oriented, and service-minded approach. Please note that some of our tasks are located at sites that require Finnish citizenship and a cleared security clearance. The position requires at least a Class B driver's license. We Expect From You - Vocational education in ventilation or HVAC, or other suitable vocational training - A responsible attitude towards work - Several years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and especially troubleshooting of ventilation systems - A good understanding of building services systems and their operation - Due to the nature of the work, occupational safety and hot work permits are required; we provide training for the required courses as needed - Ability to operate independently at customer sites - Customer service orientation and ability to cooperate - Class B driver's license and fluent proficiency in Finnish (oral and written) - Understanding of occupational safety and a way of working that follows it Additionally, the following are considered an advantage: - Possible electrical work permits - Basic skills in English We Offer You, Among Other Things - A service vehicle for your use for work tasks - High-quality and appropriate work clothes and equipment - The opportunity to develop as an HVAC professional Why Join Aro Systems We are a respected Finnish company that has had a proactive spirit for over 70 years.
