Salesperson for Uusimaa - Kattokeskus

We are recruiting a field-based sales position for Uusimaa with our client Kattokeskus. The role is full-time and mainly daytime, with occasional evening customer visits. The job involves active field sales: meeting new people daily, assessing roof condition, and helping customers find a suitable solution for their situation. Customer acquisition is done by phone, door-to-door activities, and occasionally at stands and trade shows. As experience grows, you may receive ready-made leads to handle. Emphasis in roof sales is on proactivity, target-mindedness, and facing customers in person. The best preparation comes from previous sales experience or construction industry background. The most important is the right attitude, social skills, and willingness to learn professional sales. A driving license is required for a mobile role, and conversations with customers are mainly in Finnish. We offer: a dedicated Kattokeskus training path to develop into a professional salesperson; strong team and supervisor support; a chance to sell in your own style; competitive earnings: base salary of 1,000 € per month, average commission of 750 € per sale; typically 5–7 roof-remodeling monthly sales can yield around 6,000 € per month, with no cap on commissions; top-tier service and tools including company car and MacBook. Interested? Send your application and CV via our online form. Interviews take place during the application period; the role will be filled when a suitable candidate is found. If you have questions, contact Jani Lindqvist at 050 565 9987 or jani.lindqvist@osuma.fi.
