About the role

Hei juristi 👋 Do you want to work with public procurement with a strategic approach? And do you want to be part of a team where empathy, curiosity and authenticity are the guiding principles of the work? If you answered YES, keep reading, because this place might be for you! We are looking for a new lawyer for the Hankintakumppanit team! In the position, you will be able to delve into the guidance of public procurement in a practical way and genuinely influence as a lawyer how public procurements are made smartly. At Hankintakumppanit, values guide the operation and are more than just buzzwords. Customers and colleagues are genuinely cared for, as Hankintakumppanit believes that good workmanship stems from a good life. Customer relationships are long-term and as a team member you will become part of a warm-hearted community. 📍Hankintakumppanit is a boutique office founded in 2018, specializing in the strategic guidance and law of public procurement. The core of Hankintakumppanit's existence is to see public procurement as an opportunity and inspire the creation of successful contract partnerships. The customer promise is to bring joy and peace of mind to procurement. In the work, you can guide the responsible use of public funds and do socially significant work. Hankintakumppanit's office is located in Espoo, Keilaniemi. In this role, you will work as part of a quality-oriented team dedicated to public procurement. In your work, you will help and advise procurement units in choosing the most suitable procurement procedure for them and in implementing the tender. Hankintakumppanit has profiled itself in the strategic guidance of procurements, the implementation of negotiated procedures and the dialogue as part of a successful tender as well as the management of the contract period. In your daily work, you will act as a project manager in close cooperation with the customer: you guide them to succeed in procurements, prepare documents and negotiate alongside the customer aiming for the tender to be successfully completed together and the contract period to flow. In addition, you regularly train in questions related to procurement procedures and contract law. Hankintakumppanit advises its customers extensively in various procurements. Recently, the work has focused especially on infrastructure procurements, and the importance of security-critical procurements has become even more emphasized. However, the targets of procurement vary from construction projects to the cultural sector and from equipment procurements to system tenders. If you have a special interest in some aspect of procurement that is not currently in a central role at Hankintakumppanit, your own ideas and views are very welcome. If you wish, you can take responsibility for new areas and develop them as part of your own work. You could be an excellent addition to the Hankintakumppanit team if: ✅ you are a Master of Laws and have about four years of work experience in public procurement after graduation; ✅ you are used to working independently with assignments; ✅ you approach new challenges with curiosity, are happy to learn new things and see continuous development as an essential part of your work; ✅ you have a good ability to withstand pressure and a spirit of doing and are not startled by changing situations; and ✅ you handle spelling and communicate excellently in Finnish both orally and in writing. Hankintakumppanit offers you: 🔹 a role shaped based on your experience, where you can profile and develop yourself as a public procurement expert; 🔹 a working day where you can guide procurements together with both Hankintakumppanit and customers and bring procurement processes efficiently to a goal; 🔹 a genuinely caring and encouraging team and a value-based work community where you are appreciated as you are; 🔹 individual management enabled by a small team and a tailored career path; 🔹 an established customer base that turns to Hankintakumppanit time and again; and 🔹 socially significant tasks combined with a balanced working day.
