As an Assistant Club Manager at SATS, you support the Club Manager in the daily operation of the gym, with a strong focus on cleanliness, sales, and member service. Your job is to ensure that the gym is welcoming, well-kept, and provides the best experience for our members. When the Club Manager is away, you take over the responsibility for ensuring everything works as usual. If you like an active and varied role where no two days are alike, this could be the job for you! We are looking for someone who can work during the day. Start date 31/8-2026 and approximately 1 year forward. Your tasks: 🌟 - Ensure a clean and safe gym: Make sure all areas are cleaned, well-maintained, and meet SATS' high standards. - Drive sales and growth: Collaborate with the team to welcome new members, market services, and deliver an excellent customer experience. - Provide outstanding member service: Be present in the gym and reception, answer questions, and ensure every member feels valued. - Support daily operations: Help with administrative tasks, scheduling, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. - Work flexible hours: Your shifts may vary between early mornings, late evenings, and weekends to ensure the best possible presence at the gym.
