Responsibilities
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with country-specific regulations
- Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions
- Act as a subject matter expert on country payroll requirements
- Support rollout of payroll services in new jurisdictions
Requirements
- Mid-to-senior experience in Polish payroll operations
- Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments
- Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, compliance
