The Finnish Olympic Committee is seeking an inspiring, capable and service‑minded HR Manager. The position is responsible for the overall HR function, its strategic and operational development, and can support and develop our member associations in HR matters. The role is an independent expert and development position, working with the management and supervisors to promote a better working climate and wellbeing. The successful candidate will have experience managing the entire career lifecycle, be able to develop our organization’s competence, know the core content of labor law, be service‑minded and above all a good team player who pursues better results. Key responsibilities include: strategic HR development; design and implementation of the HR strategy; developing organizational culture; supporting change management; recruitment and employer branding; planning and driving recruitment processes; enhancing candidate experience and employer image; skill development; planning and coordination of training and development programs; building career paths and mentoring models; employment relations and human resources administration; employment contracts, compensation and lifecycle; knowledge and compliance of labor legislation and collective agreements; supporting leadership on HR matters; promoting wellbeing and staff engagement; designing and implementing wellbeing programs; fostering a positive work atmosphere; managing employee engagement processes.
