We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Reporting Specialist to join Metsä Group´s Continuous Improvement Team. What Will You Do? As a Continuous Improvement Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how data is used across our Shared Service Center. Through reporting and analytical solutions, you will help teams better understand performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will translate business needs into practical reporting and analytics solutions. Through Power BI dashboards, data models, ETL processes, and data quality monitoring, you will ensure the business has access to reliable, meaningful information that supports daily operations and long-term improvements. You will also support process improvement initiatives, maintain reporting documentation, contribute to reporting-related automation activities, and help develop reporting and analytical capabilities within the Continuous Improvement team. Your key responsibilities will include: - developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions - analyzing business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions - developing and maintaining data models, ETL processes, and reporting datasets - monitoring and improving data quality, report performance, and reporting standards - collaborating with stakeholders to provide insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement - preparing ad hoc analyses and reporting outputs where automated solutions are not available - providing reporting expertise and sharing knowledge, best practices, and technical guidance within the Continuous Improvement team - supporting process improvement and reporting-related automation initiatives - staying informed about developments in Power BI, reporting, analytics, and related Microsoft technologies, and recommending improvements where beneficial. Location: This position is based in Gdańsk (Poland). We operate in a hybrid working model, which includes the flexibility of remote work combined with the expectation to be present in the office at least three days per week. What are we looking for?
