Stora Enso's Heinola Fluting Mill is an integrated pulp and carton mill producing high-quality semi-chemical fluting for the corrugated industry, mainly for export. We are seeking a property engineer for the Heinola Fluting Mill. The role is full-time and permanent. The property engineer leads and develops the factory's property assets, including buildings, outdoor areas, tracks, and guesthouse. You will be part of the Technology and Investments team, reporting to the Technology & Innovation Manager, with an HVAC engineer as your colleague. Your responsibilities include daily maintenance, lifecycle management, long-term development, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and modifications, managing service agreements, and participating in investment projects as an expert or project manager. You will also optimize budgets, investments, and costs, promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and safety, ensure legal compliance, and develop service provider management and service models.
