This recruitment is carried out anonymously. We are looking for an Electrical/Automation Fitter for a permanent employment contract at Metsä Fibre's Rauma sawmill. What kind of work awaits you? In the position, you will be responsible for diverse maintenance tasks in electrical automation, such as predictive maintenance, planned implementation of work, fault correction and reporting to the SAP maintenance system. In addition, you will contribute to the development of availability by analyzing disturbance situations and, if necessary, also participate in disturbance investigations and the presentation of solution proposals. You will become part of a new generation of sawmill maintenance operations that utilize the latest technology and operating models in the field to develop production efficiency. What kind of expertise are we looking for? To succeed in the position, you have a suitable educational background and experience in the maintenance of electrical/automation equipment in the sawmill industry, preventive maintenance and installation work, programmable logics or machine vision and measurement systems as well as property electricity and automation. We also consider good problem-solving skills, commitment and an active approach to the development of work safety to be important.
