Welcome to join our Cleaning and Textile Maintenance Services. The unit's primary task is to ensure a clean and safe care and working environment at the Lapland Wellbeing Services County sites. The main task of facility maintenance workers is to provide, among other things, food and cleaning services. In addition to cleaning, the duties of a facility maintenance worker include nutrition, bedding, guidance, and other service tasks. Shifts are scheduled Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. WHAT DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE FROM YOU? Tasks in the work environment require the age of 18, good Finnish language skills, independent work planning, good command of facility maintenance methods, and careful and responsible workmanship. As a qualification requirement for the position is a suitable vocational upper secondary qualification / vocational qualification or a previous school-level vocational qualification in the field. The position is subject to a 6-month probationary period.
