Toimintakeskus Imatran Toimis offers group-based daytime activities and individual daytime activities for adults with disabilities on weekdays, and short-term care for schoolchildren during holidays. The unit works to rehabilitate and maintain clients’ independence and physical condition. The team includes practical nurses. Responsibilities may include drug administration according to the medication care plan, planning and implementing the daily program, guiding and assisting clients in daily activities, client documentation in Social LifeCare, collaboration with relatives, other units and partners. We provide thorough orientation. We require ability to work independently. Qualification: social- and health-sector vocational basic degree or equivalent prior degree, and the title-protected professional qualification according to law 817/2015 §3. A valid medication license from South Karelia wellbeing region is required. Vaccination protection according to Infectious Disease Act 48 §. Background checks under Act 741/2023.
