**We are seeking a higher education intern for our student services from September 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027, or by agreement.** In this role, you will participate in the tasks of our higher education institution's student services, which include, among others: - customer service for student services in Finnish and English - administrative tasks for student services, including the administration of the Pep educational institution system, recording registrations and credit transfers, and processing study-related certificates - verifying applications - tasks related to the administration of KV mobility We require relevant studies and an interest in higher education student administration. The applicant must be a higher education student whose completed studies support the position. We expect excellent skills in Finnish and English, a service-oriented mindset, and a readiness for independent and goal-oriented work. The internship is paid and follows the collective agreement for Universities of Applied Sciences (Sivistys). The internship includes a probationary period, which is at most half of the duration of the internship. **The internship begins on September 1, 2026, or by agreement.** The workstation is located at Humak's Helsinki campus in Haaga, at Ilkantie 4, 00400 Helsinki.
