Performance & Reward Manager, Benefits & Well-being - KONE Oyj - Remote - Global

We are now looking for a Performance & Reward Manager, Benefits & Well-being to join our People & Communications team of great colleagues. This is a one‑year fixed‑term assignment due to parental leave. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement KONE’s global strategies for employee benefits, retirement, well‑being and flexible working, ensuring they meet current and future business needs, support internal equity and external competitiveness, and strengthen employee engagement. In this role, you will work closely with business and HR leaders to design, maintain and continuously improve a holistic portfolio of programs and processes, including retirement and profit‑sharing schemes, group medical, disability and life plans, the global well‑being program (Elevate Your Health), and KONE’s flexible working policy and practices. This position is based in Europe, preferably in Finland or the UK, and reports to the People & Communications Senior Vice President, Performance & Reward.
