The role involves collaborating with psychologists, neuropsychologists, psychotherapists and other specialists to provide high-quality diagnostic work and patient guidance within a multidisciplinary team. Adult psychiatry will involve a diverse patient base including private clients and occupational health consultations; child and adolescent psychiatrists will work with children, youths and families in a multidisciplinary setting with flexible arrangements for assessments and care. The Seinäjoki unit has a strong reputation and long-standing traditions, with a large hospital campus offering a broad range of services ensuring continuity of care, while maintaining a warm, community-oriented atmosphere. You will have flexible work arrangements and support from physician liaison managers for onboarding, appointment planning and practical coordination, allowing you to focus on patient contact and clinical work. You will also be part of the national Fokus Mieli reference unit, enabling collegial collaboration, consultations and knowledge sharing across Finland.
