Practical Nurse

A position in our ventilator paralysis team offering meaningful in-home care. The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, flexible, and eager to contribute to our operations. You will work closely with a nurse and team lead to provide high‑quality care to a ventilator-dependent patient. The team treats only one patient, making the work calm and individualized. Requirements include a nursing diploma, vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act §48, and valid medication administration studies (these can be completed with us if needed). Prior relevant experience or diverse healthcare background is valued. Proficiency in Finnish is required. We offer meaningful and varied work with thorough orientation. Salary is discussed based on experience (range XX,XX–XX,XX €/mo) plus shift allowances; we may pay hourly or monthly depending on the chosen contract.
