Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas is a new luxury resort in Muonio, in the heart of Lapland. We are creating a place where northern nature, high-quality hospitality, well-being, experiences, and refined service meet in a unique way. A restaurant complex will open as part of Arcora in December 2026. It is a luxury holiday destination with a restaurant scene that combines the flavors, rhythm, and experiential aspects of Lapin's eight seasons. The culinary vision for the entire concept is led by top chef Arto Rastas. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sous Chef to take on the role of kitchen shift supervisor, responsible for the smooth daily operations of the kitchen together with the head chef. In this role, you will act as a frontline supervisor of the kitchen team, responsible for food quality and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
