Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Bayer's Turku plant to oversee daily electrical maintenance, plan work, and develop the team. The role impacts production reliability, safety, and maintenance quality. You will lead the technician team, plan electrical work including scheduling, materials, documentation, and work permits, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, collaborate with maintenance management, production, and other stakeholders, communicate effectively with the team, management, and suppliers, develop team skills, identify training needs, and support team growth through feedback and performance evaluations.
