Welder in Oravainen We are seeking an experienced welder for a permanent position in Oravainen for our client company. What is the role? In this role, you will primarily work with mild steel and participate in the manufacture of demanding and large-scale structures. This position is suitable for you if you enjoy independent work and possess strong professional skills in welding. Our client operates as a contract manufacturing expert, producing high-quality metal components and total solutions for industrial needs. The employment begins as a 6-month fixed-term contract through Carrot, after which there is an opportunity to become a permanent employee of the client company. Working hours are 40h/week, and we hope for readiness for 2-shift work. Work starts immediately once a suitable person is found. Job description: Your duties include MIG/MAG and TIG welding, primarily with mild steel. You will be responsible for the manufacture and welding of large and demanding structures according to drawings. The ability to work independently is emphasized, as you will read and interpret technical drawings independently and execute the work based on them from start to finish. You are precise and careful in your work and take responsibility for your output. You are able to work independently, with a partner, and as part of a supportive team. We value initiative and a genuine interest in the work. We hope for: * MIG/MAG and TIG expertise * Excellent ability to read drawings * Several years of experience in welding work * Good motivation and ability to work independently * Proficiency in Finnish Salary is determined based on your experience and skills, ranging approximately between 15–22 €/h.
