Responsibilities
- Strategy: identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC for the Strategic Partnerships team based on insights and trends
- Analytics: leverage data and tools to analyze partner performance and identify levers to improve performance
- Cross-functional projects: collaborate with SP teams and external groups to drive initiatives
- Performance management: maintain a performance system for the department including a large team of account managers
- Data & tools: oversee SP data infrastructure, design and maintain data tools for decision making
- Performance reporting: prepare updates and recommendations to senior management
- Pricing experiments: optimize pricing strategy based on AB experiments
- This is an individual contributor role, reporting to Associate Director, Strategy & Analytics
Requirements
- 3+ years of total experience in Consulting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Business Development, BI or related fields
- Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to break down ambiguous problems and provide recommendations
- Growth mindset and willingness to work across multiple functional areas
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication skills in English
