Earthworks Worker

Contract duration varies from a few months to several months depending on projects, with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance. The client company specializes in various earthworks projects in and around Turku. Responsibilities include diverse tasks such as municipal engineering, house foundations, new and renovation construction. Specific duties vary by project and include groundworks, earth moving, foundation preparation, insulation installation, pipe and cable work, measurement work, and general use of machinery and equipment. Currently, projects focus on municipal engineering, which primarily involves shoveling tasks. Work is typically Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Compensation is determined by the Infrastructure sector collective agreement. Requirements include previous experience in similar tasks, the ability to learn quickly, and independence. A Class B driver's license is required, and having a personal car is an advantage.
