We are seeking a Lead Parking Inspector for a permanent official position. The duties of the Lead Parking Inspector include: - Parking guidance and supervision — leading, directing, and monitoring operations - Issuing parking fines - Participating in the vehicle removal process - Drafting responses to customer rectification claims - Field customer service - Supervision tasks in public areas - Administration of parking cards and other parking permits, including independent decision-making regarding them - Serving as the primary user of the parking supervision administrative information systems, including the processing of fines, payment reminders, debt collection, statistics, and complaints. Work is performed on foot in the city center and by car elsewhere in the urban area. Regular weekday working hours also include evening work and weekend shifts. An appropriate university of applied sciences degree or an equivalent level of education is required for the position. The position requires good oral and written skills in one of the national languages, as well as satisfactory skills in the other national language, in addition to a Class B driver's license. Salary and other terms are determined according to the Municipal Civil Servants and Employees Collective Agreement (KVTES). The position-specific salary is €2,816.70/month. Additional payments are made according to KVTES. The official relationship begins with a probationary period of at most 6 months, starting as per the agreement.
