As a scaffolder, your tasks are diverse and your role is responsible. Work begins with studying site drawings and planning for efficient installation. Tasks change as the project progresses. You work in a large team but often independently, requiring initiative and problem-solving skills. What do we expect? You will do great if you have: * Several years of experience in scaffolding and weather protection, and experience as a team lead * A good attitude and desire to learn * Common sense and an efficient work pace Installers with less experience are also needed.
