Temporary Substitute Mäntsälä Early Childhood Education

We are hiring temporary substitutes for Mäntsälä’s early childhood education. Mäntsälä’s early childhood education focuses on supporting children's participation, increasing physical activity, and teaching digital skills. Flexible experiments enable flexible development of activities. You will work as part of the six-daycare management unit, in a system serving about 800 children. Mäntsälä has 8 daycares, family daycare, and the Metsätonttu family house open daycare. We offer temporary substitutions for early childhood education teachers, daycare assistants, and helpers, as well as daycare helpers in these units. Longer substitutions are announced separately on the municipal website, which is worth following actively. For short-term substitutions, we employ professionals as well as students and others interested in the field. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. A registration extract as per Act 504/2002 must be presented. A TB-related clearance for workers in contact with preschool children will be checked before the substitution starts. Please note that work is irregular with short notice. After you fill and submit the open application for early childhood education, your application will be published in our electronic recruitment system immediately. You will receive your username and password by email. Keep the login details. You will need them when you use the electronic calendar or update your application. Once we receive your application we will contact you. We will guide you in using the electronic calendar and determine together which units you want to work at. When you are approved as a substitute for early childhood education, you can start using your electronic calendar. After you have filled your calendar, you will receive work offers by text message on the days you prefer. Keeping the calendar up to date is absolutely essential.
