The Role Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6. Create detailed project plans covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify potential delays or risks. Produce regular planning reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates for project stakeholders. Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved. Support change management, schedule recovery planning, and critical path analysis. Participate in project meetings and provide planning support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Create detailed project plans covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
- Produce regular planning reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates for project stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.

- Participate in project meetings and provide planning support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Planner, Planning Engineer, or Project Controls professional.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 is essential.
- Experience working on large-scale engineering, industrial, infrastructure, energy, data centre, or construction projects.
- Ability to develop and manage complex project schedules from concept through to completion.
- Strong understanding of project controls, critical path methodology, and progress measurement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required; Finnish language skills would be advantageous.
