Accounting Manager Tampere

Accounting Manager position based in Tampere. We are looking for a cost-conscious construction professional with a flexible, collaborative mindset to join our growing organization. The role focuses on cost and tender calculation for new build and/or renovation projects, understanding contract types, and ensuring cost estimates are accurate while considering risks. It includes interpreting temporary costing principles, calculating quantities from bill of quantities, and supporting project development with costing analyses and post-calculation reporting. Responsibilities include owning project-specific cost calculation and scheduling, participating in tender negotiations and collaborative contract development workshops, independently drafting cost estimates with procurement and production, contributing to cost control and market monitoring, and supporting housing and commercial project development. Requirements include experience with various contract forms in estimating tasks and a proactive, structured work style with strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a network in the Pirkanmaa region and relevant education.
