Head Chef

A part-time Head Chef position in Rovaniemi for the winter season. You will take responsibility for the daily operation of the kitchen, food quality, and leading the team. The role involves participating in menu development, ingredient planning and ordering, as well as cost control and waste management. You will ensure that dishes, preparation, and service meet the restaurant’s quality standards even during peak seasons. You will work in a high-end restaurant environment and help develop the kitchen together with the rest of the team. Previous experience in hotel restaurants, seasonal work or Lapland’s tourism sector is considered a plus.
