Concrete element manufacturer

We are looking for a skilled precast concrete element manufacturer for Kouvola! We are seeking an element manufacturer for our client who is capable of working independently at a factory in Kouvola. Our client’s factory produces all kinds of concrete elements, but we are now especially looking for someone familiar with the manufacture of wall, sandwich and balcony elements. Experience with brick-faced elements and thick-coat rendering would also be useful. The work includes manufacturing an element from reading the drawings through to finishing, and the person selected should have the job well under control. Work will start when a suitable person is found and, according to an initial estimate, will continue until early winter. A good worker has an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door and earn a place in our client’s regular team. If you have the following, you may be the person we are looking for. To apply for this job, you must have: • Experience manufacturing precast elements—we are looking for a professional who can handle the work without needing supervision. • Good Finnish or English skills. The language used by the supervisors is Finnish, but English is also sufficient. • The ability to read drawings and a high work ethic—the work is independent, and you are responsible for the quality of your own work. • Good social skills and the ability to get along with people even in demanding situations.
