Concrete Urakointi Oy is seeking a skilled and responsible Construction Supervisor for construction sites in the Uusimaa region. Duties include planning, organizing and coordinating construction work; leading and supervising daily site operations; directing and assigning tasks to workers; reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans; monitoring stages, timelines and work quality; coordinating materials and resources; collaborating with clients, subcontractors, designers and other site parties; communicating with clients and orders; attending site meetings and design meetings; reporting on site progress and work progression; solving problems and ensuring smooth workflow; supervising safety and compliance with site regulations.

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and coordinate construction work
- Lead and supervise daily site operations
- Direct and assign tasks to workers
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Monitor stages, timelines and quality of work
- Coordinate materials and resources on site
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, designers and other site participants
- Maintain communication with clients and clients' representatives
- Attend site meetings, design meetings and other project meetings
- Report on site status and progress
- Resolve problems and ensure smooth progression of work
- Supervise safety and compliance with site regulations
Requirements
- Previous work experience in construction site management roles
- Good technical knowledge of construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction and work drawings
- Strong leadership, organizational and collaboration skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, systematic and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to lead workers and coordinate cooperation of different site stakeholders
- Customer-oriented and professional conduct
- Good knowledge of Finnish and Russian is mandatory
- English proficiency is an asset
