We are seeking a roof painter for a fixed-term employment contract for our client company in the Jyväskylä/Central Finland region. Work begins immediately upon finding a suitable candidate and is estimated to last until autumn. The salary for the position is negotiable based on your previous experience. As a roof painter/maintenance worker, you will mainly work on the maintenance of apartment building roofs: the duration of a single project varies from a day to several weeks depending on the site. Your duties include preparatory work (washing the roof and, if necessary, treating it, e.g., with moss removal agent), repairs and priming (e.g., treating potential rust spots), and top-coating mainly using a sprayer. Work sites may also be located outside of Jyväskylä. The job requires good physical condition, the ability to work at heights, and expertise in preparatory work and painting. The work is physically demanding outdoor work and requires mastery of the correct painting methods, tools, and conditions.
