Practical Nurse

The role is a Practical Nurse (lähihoitaja) in the rehabilitation care ward 1 at Katriinan hospital. The ward has 27 beds and patients primarily come from specialized care for continued treatment with the aim of discharge home. The nurse will work as part of an multiprofessional team and will be responsible for planning and executing patient care, including medication administration, in a hospital environment where high-quality patient care is the focus. The nurse will also utilize the Apotti patient information system. We value initiative, teamwork, and flexibility, and expect genuine interest in holistic patient care, good social skills, and collegiality. Training is provided and there are opportunities to develop areas of interest within the ward. Employment is permanent, full-time with shift work (three shifts). Vaccination protection and tuberculosis screening are required by law. The collective agreement governing terms is the SOTE agreement.
